We kindly ask you to direct all of your questions regarding repairs via e-mail servis@eventus.si.

If you want to know the status of your items, please provide the number of your repair order.

How to send your items in for repairs?

1. Prepare a package with included:

  • product in need of repair (with ALL included pieces and accessories that you received when purchasing the product)
  • proof of purchase (a copy of the receipt)
  • warranty card (usually on the product packaging)
  • a "special" letter containing a detailed description of the issue and your contact information (name, address, e-mail)
  • a candy bar for our repair men (not mandatory)

2. Make sure to protect the contents of the package from damage. Fill the box with bubble wrap, foam, newspapers or candy bars.

3. Send the package to Eventus sistemi d.o.o., Ukmarjeva ulica 2, 1000 Ljubljana.
