We have a new warehouse located in Grosuplje in the Logistics Center of Bekra.
With the new capacity and automation, we hope to be able to offer you more goods at once and more often.

Each change is challenging, it brings something and takes something away. We introduced the following changes in August 2022:

👎  Cancellation of personal collection
Since the goods will no longer be in Ljubljana on Ukmarjeva, we can no longer offer you personal collection. LC Bekra does not accept personal pickups.

👍  Next day delivery
Until the end of September 2022, we offer you free next day delivery for all orders from 50 EUR.
We deliver with Pošto Slovenije and others carriers.

👉  Same-day delivery in Ljubljana
For now, same-day delivery in Ljubljana will not be possible.
We will offer this option when we establish a new reliable connection from the new warehouse in Ljubljana.

👌  Service
Acceptance to and issue from the service is unchanged, as before.

✋🤚 Returns of goods
You return the goods, as before, based on the agreement and return order. We accept it at the company's headquarters at Ukmarjeva 2 in Ljubljana.

🧾 Sales, administration
The company headquarters, offices and cash machine remain at Ukmarjevi 2 in Ljubljana.
